Though the start was a bit rushed, thanks to Teacher Heather’s careful preparation and everyone’s enthusiasm, the class showed great promise. Here’s a quick update:

Everyone began by learning how to cast on stitches. The focus and dedication reminded us of little girls at play — youthful and joyful!

Next class, we’ll learn how to bind off and complete a small project. Once the basics are mastered, everyone can start knitting their favorite things.
