This week, the Vaughan Multicultural Community Association welcomed a fresh wave of energy as both the knitting and flower arrangement classes drew enthusiastic participants. Thanks to a recent post on Xiaohongshu (RED NOTE), several new attendees joined the event.
Organizers arrived early to set up the space and posted directions in the group chat to help newcomers find their way. Early arrivals Mrs. Yan and Mrs. Meng showed up with great anticipation, setting the tone for a productive day.
With help from experienced members like Mrs. Chen and Mrs. Wuyun, the knitting class got off to a smooth start. They laid out materials and shared tutorials in the knitting group, while returning participants confidently picked up their projects where they left off.
New attendees were assisted with membership registration and received knitting supplies. Everyone focused on their own craft, working carefully on personalized pieces. The atmosphere was relaxed, yet productive—each participant committed to bringing a completed project to the next session.
